Notes:

This is my second attempt at the first part of this week’s homework assignment. This time, I kept the frontmost black pawn the same size in all the photos using the guidelines on the camera’s electronic display. I also started with the 56mm lens since the longer minimum focus distance set the maximum limit on the pawn size. Positioning the camera and tripod was a fiddly exercise, especially with the longer lens. I imagine a geared tripod head and center column would have made life a little easier and been more accurate.
