It is currently 2:52 am and I am being sexually harassed by the “protection” provided to me by the Oakland Police Department. I awoke to high heat and stimulation of the genital area. I find this type of harassment to be particularly disturbing because it reminds me of abuse I experienced as a child. The police are aware of this from my time in North Hollywood where I was regularly harassed and overheated with the use of a microwave-based directed energy weapon.

As I referenced in the document in the February 13 post, the experience has been extremely stressful and has left me feeling suicidal at times. I attempted to talk to my doctor about this, but was exposed to extremely high heat with a microwave-based directed energy weapon during my online appointment. Furthermore, my computer has been hacked meaning that my appointment was not private. Given the pain and vaginal bleeding I had been experiencing, I scheduled an in-person appointment a couple of days later. During my drive to the appointment, the harassers induced brain fog and fatigue. It was applied quite heavily on the Dumbarton Bridge. This was a significant problem because I also had to negotiate high winds and freezing rain. I had multiple instances of what felt like very brief half-second lapses in consciousness, but could not rest because there was nowhere to stop or exit. I was finally able to stop, rest, and get some coffee after getting off the bridge. While at my appointment, I continued to be harassed with stimulation to my head and genital areas. Unfortunately, the medical professional I saw was not my regular doctor and he was not familiar enough with law enforcement practices to be of any assistance.

In terms of sexual and physical stimulation, the harassers generally backed off for a brief time after the events of February 13. However, the harassment is now becoming more frequent and intense. For example, yesterday, the police required me to submit to sexual harassment. I submitted to the harassment with the agreement that this would mean less harassment during the day and less severe harassment at night. I asked how long it would take and they agreed it would take less time than it would take for a pot of oatmeal to cook (30 minutes). I put the oatmeal on the stove and started a 30 minute timer to be safe. The police then began their sexual harassment, but induced sleepiness. When I awoke, I felt groggy and as though a lot of time had passed, but I was told this was untrue. I continued to submit to the harassment believing I was still under the agreed upon 30 minutes. I gradually remembered there was oatmeal on the stove and asked again about the amount of time that had passed but was told I was still under the time limit. I eventually got up to check the oatmeal because it was clear too much time had passed. I saw the oatmeal had burned and then noticed the smell of burnt food in the apartment. I clearly stated then and a multiple times over the course of the afternoon that this type of activity was irresponsible and dangerous. I live in an apartment building built in the 1920’s or 1930’s. The construction is mostly wood and there are no sprinklers or fire escapes. Tenants include older people as well as a young child under 4 years who lives in the unit next door.

This follows the usual trend of gradually increasing aggressiveness and intensity on the part of the police when I become more isolated. Their behavior and tactics strongly resemble an abusive domestic partner.

The police are continuing to use increasing levels of pain and stimulation to my genital area and have induced a profuse flow of mucous which is a substantial problem given I suffer from dysphagia and am at risk for pneumonia and bronchitis. The police have access to my medical records and have acknowledged that they are well aware they are causing problems. I have also informed them of as much. I have a nasty cough, but am doing my best to keep my airway clear by remaining upright, wearing a N100 mask to reduce allergens, rinsing my sinuses, and running on a treadmill.

Worryingly, the police have indicated that they will continue to intensify sexual activity and are doing so as I type by increasing pain and stimulation to the top of my head, clitoris, and breasts. They have indicated that they are intent on engaging in sexual activity with me. I have been clear that this would be non-consensual and would therefore be sexual assault. They have agreed, but have indicated that they will continue to intensify their activities.

I will add to posting later today. For now, I would once again like to state that I do not consent to protection by the Oakland Police Department. Their harassment is inappropriate and has caused significant damage to my health, finances, and emotional well-being. Once again, I do not consent to being stripped of my civil rights and I will continue to document the situation.
