After substantial cramping and developing a nauseous feeling in my head, I had a bowel movement at 5:51am. As usual, I took Immodium to reduce the chance of additional problems. However, my GI doctor has warned me against the use of Immodium given my medical conditions. As I write this, I am once again experiencing a feeling of nausea.

It is 5:41am. I am now experiencing abdominal cramping.

It is now 5:05am. The Oakland Police Department is now applying heat to the area where I sit when I use the computer rather than my bed. They have also started applying pressure to my abdomen to force a bowel movement. Upon writing this, they are increasing sexual stimulation to my genital area. I do not consent to the application heat or to having my bowel movements forced from my body by the Oakland Police Department as a clear indication of punishment.

I was awoken around 2:00am to high heat, but I was too tired to get up. I asked to have the heat reduced, but my request was not respected. I was awoken again around 4:30am by even higher levels of heat that I found extremely uncomfortable. As with the night before, my shirt was soaked through. Around 4:45am, I refused to be subjected to further heat and got out of bed. As punishment, the harassers began sexually stimulating my genital area and applying heat to my torso.

I would once I again like to express my complete and utter contempt for the Oakland Police Department and all of those who decided I was incapable of making decisions regarding my own welfare. The decision to continue to skirt medical informed consent laws even after it became clear that emotional and physical damage was being done to me is nothing short of appalling.

As always, I do not consent to the “protection” provided by the Oakland Police Department. I do not consent to what the Oakland Police Department have at times referred to as “therapy” or cognitive behavioral therapy nor do I consent to any form of medical or physical therapy. Upon questioning, the Oakland police who protected me have never been able to indicate that they are a licensed medical practitioner or therapist. To underscore this point, I would like to mention the leader of the group in North Hollywood who not only failed to identify himself as a police officer or the leader of the group in question, but also acted in a cold and hostile manner and wore a sweatshirt with “BAPE” printed in large letters across the front in a clear reference to all of the rapey behavior to come on the part of the OPD. I find the behavior and decisions made by the Oakland Police Department to be not only contemptible, but entirely inappropriate. I am continuing to document the situation.
