• Sexual stimulation upon awakening during the night and when awakening in the morning; heat applied in the morning

• Sexual stimulation and heat identical to what I type occurs as I type these notes; this has been standard practice all along

• Sexual stimulation is less painful than in previous days, but there is greater intensity and arousal consistently being using; I have repeatedly stated that I do not consent.

• Consistent attempts to horn in on and interfere with my activities so I will react or interact; I refuse to do so

• Started listening to Foucault’s Discipline and Punish; I am continuing to ignore the harassers as it is convenient for me to do so

• I am continuing to have issue with urinating due to the stimulation and pain being applied to the urogenital area; the harassers have increased and focused the pain and stimulation in the area as I type this.

• LRAD used to focus noise on my apartment on multiple occasions during the morning; noise increased as I type this.

• I went to the law library, was then referred to the law clerk’s office where I was taken to the public portal and was unable to find any relevant cases; I then went back to the law library where I found an excellent person at the reference desk who was able to advise me on how best to proceed in terms of finding a lawyer; it was refreshing to have someone understand what I was saying and to independently confirm that they thought such actions were a civil rights violation.

• I stayed out all day largely because I was afraid to come home; it is stressful when I am at home; pain and microwave stimulation are applied in much greater quantities when I am at home; I also don’t like feeling as though I am alone with the harassers.
