I rented a car to travel to Menlo Park to receive my Xolair injections and allergy shots. The staff stated they would be placing me in a different room than usual. They took me to a room at the end of the rooms being used in order to better isolate me. Presumably this was being done because my phone and possibly my computer were being used a listening devices. Because the technologies in use are unknown and the clinic has a duty to protect the rights of other patients, I fully understand the clinic's position and am in agreement with them. Nonetheless, it felt quite bad to be singled out and isolated when receiving medical care.

After returning to Oakland and finishing the paperwork required for returning the rental car, I had significant issues with my phone. It did not seem to be able to handle facial recognition nor would it accept my passwords consistently. I was unable to get a pickup from Uber. This presented substantial issues because I had just received all 5 allergy shots and additional exposure to allergens has worsened reactions in the past. I used the microphone on the speaker to yell at the harasser regarding the malfunctioning of my phone and the problems it presented. I did not receive a response. I walked to the nearest cafe and sat until closing and then continued walking home via downtown Oakland. I stopped at another cafe along the way. I settled down somewhat, but remained very angry as I strongly suspected that the harassers had caused issues with the phone. They have hacked my phone in the past.
