I walked to a Lake Merritt cafe. I spent a few hours there during which time the harassers demonstrated that they could hack the network and knock me off. However, I was able to use my phone as a hotspot and regain access to the internet. I then walked to a pharmacy in Fruitvale before returning home via Foothill. It was a very long walk but I felt much better afterwards and it lasted into the next morning.

During this time, I decided to cancel all medical appointments for the remainder of my time with the harassers. This included Xolair injections and allergy injections. Stress and allergy injections are a very bad combination and stress can aggravate reactions to the injections. I also don't like be treated differently at the doctor's office though I recognize the doctor must protect the rights and privacy of the clinic and the other patients. Partly out of anger, I made the decision to reduce my medications in order to provoke symptoms and make the situation more difficult for the harassers.
