It is 9:12am. The police are continuing to cause me to feel overheated. The are continuing to stimulate my genital and clitoral area to a very uncomfortable degree.
Refusal of Treatment Letter:
6:35am - The police protecting me have indicated that they are overheating me and causing stress in order to precipitate a crisis and force me to seek medical care. I would once again like to state that I do not consent to any involvement in my health by the police. This includes being made sick or being treated. When the police withdrew the heat last night, it was clear I had the equivalent cold with a runny nose. Despite flushing and feeling overheated, I have a temperature of 98.3 degrees.
Normally, this is not something that would require me to seek medical treatment. Rest and fluids would be more than adequate. I am currently taking Tylenol for pain and guafenesen as an expectorant. I rinse my nose with a saline solution multiple times per day. I sleep slightly propped up to allow for proper drainage and prevent problems associated with dysphagia. Furthermore, I remain upright during the day and periodically jog on a treadmill to clear my airway. (Note: the police are currently stepping up harassment while I run on the treadmill.) I have been shown how to use an incentive spirometer by a speech therapist, but I currently do not require one.
I am fully capable of caring for myself. I deeply resent being forced to prove what others are able to take for granted. That my civil rights have been stripped from me is unacceptable.
5:44am - I was awakened around 4:00am - 4:30am with tachycardia and extremely high heat. (As I type this, there is a sharp pain on the top of my head and pain in my ear.) There was sporadic stimulation to my genital area that was too intense. At one point there was the sensation of something being inserted into my vagina. (As I type this, there is the feeling of pins pricking my genital area.)
I think I am sick. I have a cold or possibly a sinus infection. The police are inducing overheating to deal with this problem. At one point last night, they decreased the heat and I could feel all of the aches and pains associated with being sick. After 5-10 minutes, the police restarted the sensation of overheating and the pain disappeared.
I very clearly stated multiple times to the police that I did not consent to what they were doing and that I wanted them to stop. I continued to repeat this as well as the fact that they are not medically licensed to treat people for illness. I also explained that they had violated informed consent. They disagreed and told me that my legal status is such that it is not illegal for them to provide medical care.
Because I do not understand my legal status, I cannot refute this, but I am clear that I have not been given informed consent. I do not understand what the police are doing to me nor do I understand what technology they are using. I have not been informed of possible risks or side effects and I do not know what they are attempting to accomplish or whether I agree with it. I simply know that I do not want to be treated by the police for medical issues because they are not licensed medical or psychological practitioners.
I suffer from multiple rare medical conditions including Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, and severe environmental allergies that resemble a Mast Cell Activation Disorder.
This is a complex medical condition that requires a team of specialists. I have a team of specialists, but my access to them is severely limited. In North Hollywood, I was given no access to medical care and suffered accordingly with issues like ulcers on my hands, regurgitation and choking on my food when trying to sleep, and swelling of my face and nose when the police would retaliate by having park staff mow the grass.
The police have indicated that they will leave at the end of this month which constitutes 60 days since my arrival back in Oakland. However, they have not provided this information in person or in writing.
I very much want my police “protection” to leave. I once again would like to state that I do not consent to any form of physical or psychological treatment provided by the police. Furthermore, I do not consent to the protection they claim to be providing. I find it highly inappropriate that the police are attempting to provide medical care to me given I suffer from multiple rare medical conditions. Furthermore, the police are blocking access to the specialist care provided by my doctors. I am continuing to document this situation.
