Short-Term Fitness Goals
My exercise routine is focused on developing a regular habit so I am well-positioned to increase workout intensity this fall.
Warm summer weather tends to slow me down. While it’s not an ideal time to start building my fitness levels, it’s an excellent time to establish a regular exercise habit.
With that in mind, these are my fitness goals from now until the end of September:
Develop a regular exercise habit
Keep workouts enjoyable
Maintain an easy to moderate level of difficulty
Vary workouts; perform no type of exercise more than twice weekly
Use the gym treadmill at least once a week
Gradually build to 30-45 minutes of exercise 5-6 times weekly
Maintain current weight
Be well-positioned to increase workout difficulty in October or November
