Notes:
I finally worked up the nerve to use one of the rolls of Kodak Ektachrome I purchased last year. Most of the shots didn’t work out very well which I expected given it’s my first roll of Ektachrome and only my first batch of slide film. Suffice it to say that Ektachrome’s reputation for being difficult to correctly expose seems well earned. Out of a roll of 36 exposures, I had this shot which I am very happy with and another two that were pretty reasonable.
This was also a test of the Olympus 35mm f/2 lens I recently acquired. It has a reputation for being soft, but with a really nice rendering in some situations. From what little I’ve seen so far, this seems to be true.
