Notes:

While Agfa APX 400 struggled indoors on a cloudy day, it performed well outdoors. I managed to grab a few shots between rain showers, including this one. While the negatives straight out of the camera were disappointingly gray, they corrected surprisingly well in Lightroom with little effort. Compared with the indoor shots, the grain is much less pronounced, the tones are nicely preserved, and there is an acceptable degree of detail. Agfa APX 400 seems like a reasonably priced option when a 400 speed film is required for outdoor shooting. I’ve also read that the lack of contrast lends itself well to sunny days when hard shadows can be a problem. Supposedly, it also does a nice job of preserving the highlights.
