I took this photo for a UC Berkeley Extension class, Digital Photography Fundamentals. I had hoped to use it as an example of complementary contrast, but after reading through Wikipedia’s articles on color theory, I’m not sure it qualifies. However, there are alternate theories, including one for the CMYK printing process. Maybe I’ll get lucky.
